A quick lunchtime training ride yesterday. The weather was a little bit brisk in temperature, but the sun shone at times which made it a pleasant 53 mins on the bike!
Managed to ride just under 14 miles in a little over 53 minutes at an average pace of 15.7mph
This will be my final training ride in the 'War of Miles' challenge with AFC Bournemouth
